It’s really simple. First of all choose the course or class you want to take at Buenos Aires Language. Book your next lesson indicating the days and times that you would like to take it and for how long you would like the class to be. You will receive an e-mail, which will indicate your user name and password and also explain the use of the study material. If you have any doubts, you can call for free at any time and we will answer your query. At the pre-arranged date and time, your teacher will be waiting online for you! Then sit back and enjoy your lesson!

3. ARE THE CLASSES LIVE?

Yes, classes are live – using high definition sound and image equipment

4. WILL I ALWAYS HAVE THE SAME TEACHER?

Yes, Buenos Aires Language promises that you will always have the same teacher. However, if you ever wish to change teachers, this will not be a problem

5. WHAT DAYS AND TIMES CAN I TAKE MY LESSONS?

You can take your lessons at any time, 24 hours per day, 365 days a year!

6. WILL I GET THE SAME RESULTS TAKING AN ONLINE COURSE AS OPPOSED TO REGULAR  
    SPANISH CLASSES?

Yes, and even better because you will have a private native Spanish speaking teacher who is actually in a Spanish speaking country! This will allow you to learn fully up to date and relevant Spanish. Obviously the results you get will also depend upon your levels of participation during classes and how dedicated you are with homework etc

7. Do I need to speak a little Spanish before starting the course?

No, you don’t need to speak Spanish! Buenos Aires Language has different courses designed for every student!

8. WHO ARE THE BUENOS AIRES LANGUAGE TEACHERS?

All Buenos Aires Language teachers are University degree professors. In order to guarantee you the best teachers, we undertake a strict selection process, with linguistic testing. We also make sure that all of our staff complete comprehensive on-line teacher training. We also provide continuous online teaching skills-development for all of our teaching staff.

9. What do I need to get started with Buenos Aires Language?

To take lessons via videoconference (online) with the Buenos Aires Language teachers, you need a high-speed Internet connection and a web cam (with a built-in microphone). Also using a headset will ensure optimal audio quality.

10. I am thinking of traveling to South America. Can I start my course ‘online’
      and then continue it virtually or in person when I am in Buenos Aires?

Yes, you can take your course online or in person. In fact, many of our students take their courses virtually in order to visit Spanish-speaking countries later. They begin learning the language online prior to traveling, and then continue perfecting their Spanish in our School in Buenos Aires. Doing this means that whilst they travel they continue to improve their Spanish not only virtually but also in person!

11. Will I get any certificate after I finish the course?

Yes, after every course, Buenos Aires Language will present you with a certificate, which verifies your participation in the course.

12. How do I pay for my course or class?

The payment of your lesson will take the form of credits, 1 per hour for every class to be taken. To reserve a place on one of our courses simply buy your credits for the course you want via our secure payment site (paypal) – Upon completion of every class the system will automatically inform you of how many hours of classes you have remaining – you don’t have to do anything! When your course finishes or when your credits are used, you can just buy more thus advancing to the next level in exactly the same way.

13. I wish to cancel a lesson that I have booked. What do I need to do?

It’s very simple. You just need to let us know via email that you wish to “cancel booking” indicating the date and time of the lesson to be cancelled.  You will not be charged if this is done with ‘good’ prior notice.

14. Do the credits that I buy expire after a certain amount of time? 

Yes, your credits expire 4 months after the date of purchase. We therefore request you to use your credits during this period in order to avoid losing them!
