1. Registration

To register for a course, please complete your Application Form and pay by Pay Pal with cash, debit or credit card. We will confirm your registration within 48 hours by e-mail.

2. Modifications of the Buenos Aires Language internal regulations

Buenos Aires Language reserves the right to modify at any moment the Internal Regulations as well as the characteristics of the Internet site www.buenosaireslanguage.com

3. Responsibilities

Buenos Aires Language’s role is that of a technical intermediary connecting the Participants through the means of the Platform. Buenos Aires Language provides no guarantee as to the availability or the performances of the Platform and the Participant cannot seek the liability of Buenos Aires Language for any loss of earnings, loss of opportunity or loss of turnover. The Participant is responsible for direct or indirect, material or immaterial damages and prejudices caused to Buenos Aires Language and/or to any third party.

4. Cancellation of the course

If you wish to cancel your course booking, you must do so in writing. A cancellation becomes effective upon receipt by Buenos Aires Language of written or wired notification. If you cancel no later than 1 week before the course begins, we reimburse you 50% of the course and lodging costs (In the case of courses in Argentina). No refund is possible in the event of cancellation 1 week or less prior to the start of the course, or after the start of the course, or non-arrival of participants.  

5. Cancellation of a class in a course

If the pupil had any web  connection problem, or  had any personal matter  that wouldn´t let him or her to take the class, He or She would have to let Buenos Aires Language know that the class should be cancelled 48 hours before the class take place. If there wasn´t such an advice, the class would be charged as taken. Classes per hour cannot be cancelled.

6. Payment Schedule of courses in Argentina

US$ 50 registration fee is to be paid at the time of booking. The balance (total payment minus registration fee) is due no less than 4 weeks before the course begins. Should you register less than 4 weeks before your course begins, the total amount must immediately be paid in full and the registration fee is then US$ 100. Bank fees must be paid by the participant. Should we not be able to confirm your registration, and should you refuse our substitute offer, you will be refunded immediately.

7. Material Content

The author reserves the right not to be responsible for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims regarding damage caused by the use of any information provided, including any kind of information which is incomplete or incorrect, will therefore be rejected. All offers are not-binding and without obligation. Parts of the pages or the complete publication including all offers and information might be extended, changed or partly or completely deleted by the author without separate announcement. The author intended not to use any copyrighted material for the publication or, if not possible, to indicate the copyright of the respective object. The copyright for any material created by the author is reserved. Any duplication or use of objects such as diagrams, sounds or texts in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without the author's agreement.

8. Alteration of Bookings

We shall be happy to comply with your wishes for changes in your arrangements in respect of dates, accommodation, etc., as far as possible, up to 2 weeks before the start date of your program.

9. Territorial Application

The Participant accepts that his or her Transactions are overseen by Argentina law irrespective of the User or the Service Provider’s country of residence.

10. Confidentiality

Data collection - The information collected by Buenos Aires Language is intended for its exclusive use. Buenos Aires Language agrees not to divulge, transfer, sell, rent, commercialize, give, or lend to third parties your electronic address or any other personal or professional information.
